Crogura processes personal data only as far as needed to arrange and prepare a demonstration. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. For any question, write to upit@crogura.com.

What we collect

Through the demonstration form we collect your name, company, email address, role, number of branches, ERP system and note, plus any documents you attach yourself. The IP address is stored with the submission, solely to protect the form from abuse. Nothing is collected automatically in the background.

Why

We use the data solely to prepare and arrange the demonstration and for the communication that follows from it. Attached documents are used solely to prepare the demonstration. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties.

Where and for how long

Data is stored on a server in the European Union, outside the publicly reachable part of the site. We keep it while the demonstration is being arranged, and delete it entirely on your request.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. There are only two functional cookies: a session cookie that protects the form, and a cookie that remembers your language choice.

Your rights

At any moment you can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion. Write to upit@crogura.com; we reply within one working day.
